기초 문장 만들기와 내용 확장 정리

#1 기본적인 문장 구성하기

I work/study/cook/work out(=exercise) + at home by myself 2 hours a day
+ once in a while (어쩌다가 한번씩)
+ almost every day
+ on weekends
+ in an office
+ mainly with books 
+ pretty well

#2 부정문, 3인칭/단수 주어 + 동사

He/She/Jane doesn't work/study/cook

He works hard / He doesn't work hard

She cooks pretty well. But she doesn't cook every day.

He works every day.

She studies at home 2 hours a day

Jane cooks pretty well

He exercises by himself at home 2 hours a day

 

#3 be 동사의 기본적인 활용

I work almost 12 hours a day. 
But I don't work on weekends
+ It's tough.
+ I'm lucky.
She exercises every day at home by herself. + She's very healthy. / She's in very good shape.
She doesn't eat (any) junk food. + It's amazing!

#4 현재/과거/미래 시제

I drive / I don't drive + to work 2 or 3 times a week.
I drove / I didn't drive + to work yesterday / this morning.
I'm going to drive to work tomorrow.
+ 3인칭/단수 주어
she drives
she doesn't drive
she drove 
she didn't drive
저는 매일 일찍 출발해요.
I leave / I don't leave + early every day.
I left / I didn't leave + early this morning.
I'm / I'm not + going to leave ealry morning.
She leaves / doesn't leave

저는 매일 지하철로 출근하지는 않아요. I don't take the subway to work every day.
그녀는 자가용으로 출근하지 않아요. She doesn't drive to work.
저는 올 여름에 아무데도 안갔어요. I didn't go anywhere this summer.
그녀는 나한테 아무말도 안했어. She didn't say anything to me.
난 그녀에게 아무말도 안할거야 I'm not going to say anything to her.
그녀는 나를 믿지 않을거야 She's not going to believe me. + anyway

#5 be 동사로 인상 표현 + 과거/미래 시제 적용

저는 지하철로 출근을 해요. 환승을 두 번 해요. 불편해요. I take the subway to work. I transfer 2 times.
It's inconvenient.

+과거
I transferred twice. It was inconvenient.
근데 지하철이 바로 왔어요. 운이 좋았어요. But, the subway came right way. I was lucky.
나 친구를 데리고 올거야. 재밌을거야. I'm going to bring my friend. It's going to be fun.

#6 ~하고싶다, ~해야 된다

I want to live in Seoul.
She wants
I don't want to live in Seoul.
She doesn't want to live in Seoul.

I wanted to live in Seoul.
I didn't want to live in Seoul.
I have to drink a lot of water. I don't have to ~안해도 돼 / 하지 않아도 돼
I didn't have to come here.

She doesn't have to
She has to work late everyday.
She doesn't have to work on weekends.

#7, 8, 9 의문문, 의문사

저는 매일 아침을 먹어요.
너 매일 아침먹니?
그녀는 매일 아침을 먹나요?
저는 아침을 먹었어요.
당신은 아침을 먹었습니다.
당신은 오늘 아침을 먹었나요?
I eat(have) breakfast every day.
Do you have breakfast every day?
Does she eat breakfast every day?
I ate(had) breakfast.
You ate breakfast.
Did you/she/he eat breakfast today?
그녀는 일을 그만뒀나요? Did she quit her job?
친구들을 만날거에요.
당신은 이번주말에 친구들을 만날거에요?
I'm gonna meet up with some friends. (hang up 도 쓰임)
Are you going to meet up with some friends this weekend?
너 뭐먹을거야?
너 이번주말에 뭐할거야?
너 어제 뭐했니?
What are you going to eat?
What are you going to do this weekend?
What did you do yesterday?
be going to : 정해진 미래에 대한 계획 같은 느낌.
will : 앞으로 있을 인상/느낌 

의문문에서 둘의 차이가 더 극명함.
예시) 재밌을건가요? 재밌을거예요? > 재밌을까요?
It's going to be hard. > It will be hard.
Is it going to be fun? > Will it be fun?

Is it going to be cold? (O)

#10, 11, 12 영어 문장 연결하기

차가 많이 막혀서 늦었어요.
차가 많이 막혀서.. 늦었어요.
차가 많이 막혀서 그냥 내려서 지하철을 탔어요.
I was late because there was a lot of traffic.
There was a lot of traffic and I was late.
There was a lot of traffic, so I just got off and I took the subway.
배고파서 뭘 먹긴 해야 됐는데, 일 끝나고 너무 피곤해서 뭘 만들어 먹고 싶진 않았고 밖에는 비가 와서 나가고 싶지 않아서 그냥 라면 먹었어. I was hungry so I had to eat something, but I was so tired after work and I didn't want to cook anything. And I didn't want to go out because it was raining outside, so I just ate ramen.
A: 여행 내내 우리 아버지가 운전하셨어.

B: 너 운전면허증 있지 않나?

A: 응. 작년에 따서 심지어 차도 샀어. 근데 연습을 안해서 아직 운전을 잘 못해.

B: 어머니는 시력이 너무 안좋아서 운전을 못하시고.
A: My father drove throuout the entire(whole) trip.

B: Don't you have a driver's license?

A: Yes, I got it last year and I even bought a car. But I didn't practice so I still can't drive well.

B: My mother can't drive because she has bad eye-sight.

#13, 14 무엇이 있다/없다

There are many(a lot of) people
There is a person.
 
There are a lot of cars.
There is a lot of traffic.
There is a lot of time (I have a lot of time)
차가 많아요.
교통량이 많아요.
There is a problem.

There is no bathroom here.

이 근처에 좋은 식당이 많아요. There are many(<->no) good restaurants near here / nearby.
~ 별로 없다 there isn't/aren't a lot of ~
*누군가한테 있다/없다 할 때는 have
우리 집에 침실이 두개 있어.
I have 2 bedrooms.
My house has 2 bedrooms.
내 방에 큰 창문이 하나 있어. I have a big window in my room.
My room has a big window.
이 근처에는 횡단보도가 없어요. There is no crosswalk nearby.
There are no crosswalks near here.
부모님의 집에는 TV가 두 개 있어요. They have 2 televisions (at their place)
그 가게는 테이블이 아주 많아. They have a lot of tables.
이 근처에 백화점이 있나요?
거기 근처에 주유소 있어요?
Is there a department store nearby?
Is there a gas station near there?
거기 해물요리도 있어? Do they have any seafood?

#15 무엇을 하기 + 어떻다

잊어버리기 쉬워요.
잃어버리기 정말 쉬워요.
집중하기 어려워요. + 너무 시끄러워서
적어도 일주일에 한두번 운동하는 것이 중요하다.
그런데 물론, 그렇게 하기 쉽지 않죠.
It's easy to forget
It's really easy to lose.
It's hard/difficult to concentrate. + because it's so noisy.
It's important to exercise at least once or twice a week.
but of course, it's not easy to do that.

#16 something / somewhere / someone
